Deltion is a private medical-records app for iPhone, iPad and Mac. This page is where to get help with it — by email, with no account and no sign-up needed.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Questions, problems, feature requests and refund or subscription queries are all welcome.
It helps if you mention which device you are on (iPhone, iPad or Mac), your OS version, and the app version — you will find it at the bottom of Settings › About.
Please do not attach medical documents or personal health information to a support email. We never need them to help you, and we do not want to receive them.
Settings › Report a Bug or Request a Feature sends your description straight to our public issue tracker, so you can follow the fix. Because those issues are public, leave out anything personal or medical. If you would rather not post publicly, email us instead — that reaches the same people.
No. Deltion has no account, no sign-in and no server of ours. You open the app and use it. That also means there is no password to reset and nothing to recover from us if you lose your device — see the backup question below.
On your device, encrypted at rest. If you turn on iCloud sync they are also stored in your own iCloud account, which only your devices can read. The privacy statement covers this in detail.
Turn on iCloud sync (Pro) in Settings on both devices, signed in to the same Apple Account. Give the first sync a few minutes on a good connection. If items are missing after that, check that both devices are signed in to iCloud and that iCloud Drive is enabled, then email us.
Only if you turn on iCloud sync, or if your device itself is backed up. We hold no copy of your library and cannot restore it for you. If your records matter to you, turn on one of those two things.
By default, no — analysis runs on your device, on hardware that supports Apple's on-device model. If you choose to add your own API key for a cloud provider, the text of the document you analyse is sent from your device directly to that provider under your own account with them. Nothing is routed through a server of ours, because we do not have one.
The on-device model needs an Apple Intelligence-capable device running the current OS. On older hardware, analysis is available only if you add your own cloud provider key in Settings › AI. Everything else in Deltion — importing, reading, organizing, trends, exporting — works regardless.
Your library is never behind the paywall. Keeping, reading, organizing and searching your records, AI analysis, trends and reminders are free, permanently and without limit. Pro adds the workflows around it: iCloud sync, Compare, report export, imaging and provider-file import, batch import and Analyze All, and Ask a Question. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel yours in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, or App Store › Account Settings on Mac. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will help you sort it out.
Tap Restore Purchases on the Deltion Pro screen in Settings, making sure you are signed in to the Apple Account you purchased with. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase.
It can import DICOM studies (Pro) and store a viewable preview of a series so you can carry and look through your scans. It is not a radiology workstation — there is no window/level control, no annotation and no measurement tools, and some compressed scan formats can be stored but not previewed. Importing a whole study folder is available on iPad and Mac; iPhone opens single scans.
Where your report states a range, Deltion uses your lab's. Where it does not, Deltion fills the gap with a published typical adult range and marks it "typical" — that is not your lab's range, and your lab's may differ.
It can summarise and explain what is in a document in plain language, and show how values move over time. It does not diagnose, and it is not a doctor. Always take medical decisions with a qualified healthcare professional.
