Data Collection

NC User Admin does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data outside of your device. All app functionality is performed locally on your device. We do not use analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind.

Credentials Storage

Your Nextcloud server credentials (URL, username, and password) are stored securely in your device's Keychain using industry-standard encryption. This data never leaves your device and is protected by iOS security features including:

• Hardware-level encryption
• Secure Enclave protection (on supported devices)
• Face ID / Touch ID authentication (optional)
• iOS sandboxing and security

Network Communication

The app communicates directly with your Nextcloud server using secure HTTPS connections. No data is transmitted to third parties or external services. All communication occurs exclusively between your device and your configured Nextcloud server.

The app does not make any network requests to servers other than the Nextcloud server you configure.

Biometric Authentication

If you enable Face ID or Touch ID, this authentication is handled entirely by iOS. The app does not have access to your biometric data. Biometric authentication simply unlocks access to your stored credentials in the Keychain.

You can enable or disable this feature at any time in the app settings.

Analytics and Tracking

This app does not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or telemetry. Your usage of the app is completely private. We don't know:

• How often you use the app
• Which features you use
• Where you are located
• What server you connect to
• Any information about your usage patterns

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect user data. It only communicates with your Nextcloud server.

Data Sharing

Your data is never shared with anyone. The app:

• Does not share data with the developer
• Does not share data with Apple (beyond standard App Store analytics)
• Does not share data with third parties
• Does not sell your data
• Does not use your data for advertising

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data. To delete all data stored by the app:

1. Open the app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap "Clear All Credentials"
4. Or delete the app to remove all data

Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect information from children. The app is intended for Nextcloud administrators managing their server instances. If you believe a child has used this app, please contact us.

Security

We take security seriously. The app implements:

• Keychain storage for credentials
• HTTPS-only connections
• Optional biometric authentication
• Automatic screen locking when backgrounding (if enabled)
• No logging of sensitive information in production builds

App Permissions

The app requests minimal permissions:

• Network Access: Required to communicate with your Nextcloud server
• Keychain Access: Required to securely store credentials
• Face ID / Touch ID: Optional, only if you enable biometric authentication

Changes to This Policy

Any updates to this privacy policy will be reflected in app updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be changed. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We will notify users of material changes through app updates and update notes in the App Store.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Right to Access: All your data is visible in the app
• Right to Delete: Use "Clear All Credentials" or delete the app
• Right to Portability: Your data stays on your device
• Right to Opt-Out: No tracking to opt out of
