By using Krasis you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licence for apps bought on the App Store.
Krasis (“the app”) is published by Georgios Stavropoulos (“we”). The app is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in full. These terms sit alongside it and describe the things specific to Krasis.
Krasis matches the words you type against a bundled table of foods and tells you whether the result carries protein, fibre and healthy fat. It is approximate on purpose — it deals in whether a compound is present, never in grams or calories, and its verdicts are deliberately vague (“about an hour”). It will sometimes fail to recognise a food, and it will sometimes be wrong about one. It is offered as it is, without a warranty that it will be accurate or uninterrupted, to the extent the law allows.
Krasis is free to use. Krasis Plus is an optional in-app purchase that unlocks your history and the pattern it reveals, unlimited staples and more than one kitchen, check-backs timed to you, widgets and a Watch complication, and saved combos. Anything you created while on the free tier keeps working whether or not you buy Plus.
Prices are shown for the eurozone. The price displayed in the App Store, in your own currency, is the one that applies. Prices may change; a change to a subscription you already hold takes effect only after Apple has notified you and, where required, you have agreed to it.
The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial, offered by Apple to Apple Accounts that are eligible for it. If you are not eligible — usually because you have already used a trial in this subscription group — the app will say so and will not show a trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid year at the price shown. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial is over.
The lifetime plan is a single payment, not a subscription: there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. It unlocks Krasis Plus on the Apple Account that bought it, for as long as the app remains available and functional on your devices. It is not a promise that the app will be published or updated forever, and it does not cover a different app.
A purchase belongs to the Apple Account that made it. On a new device, or after reinstalling, tap Restore purchases on the Krasis Plus screen while signed in to that Apple Account.
All purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. If something is wrong with the app, tell us anyway; see Support.
What you record in Krasis stays on your device. Because we never receive it, we cannot recover it if you delete the app or lose the device. See the Privacy Policy.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or the food table it contains beyond what the law and Apple's licence allow. The food data is derived from openly licensed national databases whose attribution requirements are honoured on the app's About screen; that attribution must stay intact.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms may change as the app does. Updates are published here with a new “last updated” date; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
